Your skilled workers take on electrical tasks under their own responsibility, in line with DGUV Regulation 3. Part-time, in cooperation with IHK Akademie Mittelfranken.

Longer further training for your employees can be funded under § 82 SGB III. How much your business pays itself depends mainly on its size.

Conditions under the law

The training lasts more than 120 hours.
The course and the provider are approved for funding.
It goes beyond brief on-the-job instruction.
The vocational qualification was usually obtained at least two years ago.
There was no funding under § 82 in the last two years.
